1. Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee of £70 is required to secure your wedding date.

2. Trial Appointment

A bridal trial is charged at £60 and is included in your final wedding day balance for payment convenience, if you wish to not have a trial, this will need to be discussed at the time of booking.

3. Final Balance

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than one month before your wedding date.

4. Changes to the Booking

Any changes to the number of makeup services must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.

The number of booked services cannot be reduced within 8 weeks of the wedding date. If services are reduced after this time, the original balance will remain payable.

Additional makeup services requested after booking are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

5. Travel & Destination Weddings

A travel fee applies for locations outside of Worthing.

Any parking charges, accommodation or flights required due to early start times, destination weddings or distant locations must be covered by the client.

6. Wedding Morning Timings

A schedule will be provided prior to the wedding day where required. To ensure the morning runs smoothly, all members of the bridal party must be ready at their allocated time.

Delays caused by late arrivals or changes to the agreed schedule may result in reduced makeup time or services being unable to be completed. In these circumstances, the full booking value will still remain payable.

7. Assistant Artist

For larger bridal parties or where timings require, an assistant makeup artist may be necessary. Any assistant fees will be discussed and agreed with the client before booking.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

The booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If the booking is cancelled within 6 weeks of the wedding date, 100% of the remaining balance will be payable.

If the booking is cancelled before this period, the booking fee will be retained.

As the trial fee is incorporated into the final balance for payment convenience, should the client choose to cancel the booking before the final balance due date, the £60 trial fee will become immediately payable upon cancellation.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure their skin is clean, makeup-free and prepared prior to the application.

Any known allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions must be disclosed before the appointment. I cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions resulting from products used where relevant information has not been disclosed.

10. Illness & Emergencies

In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, I will make every effort to arrange a replacement makeup artist. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, all monies paid (excluding the trial fee) will be refunded.

11. Photography & Social Media

With your permission, I may take photographs of your finished makeup for use in my portfolio, website and social media.

12. Liability

While every care is taken during the application of makeup, I cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury except where caused by negligence.

13. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for any failure to fulfil their obligations where circumstances arise that are beyond their reasonable control.

14. Agreement

By paying the booking fee, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all of the Terms & Conditions outlined above.
